When and where is the festival?The festival takes place on Saturday 18th October 2025 at Steamworks, Sheffield. There are two sessions: Day Session: 12pm – 4pm Evening Session: 6pm – 9:30pm What’s included with my ticket? Entry to your chosen session A Seven Hills tasting glass to keep A Dream Dram token (redeemable for a premium whisky) A Whisky Highball token A free bottle of water on arrival Access to over 350 whiskies to sample Are tickets refundable?No. Tickets are non-refundable, so please check availability before booking. Can I swap sessions after booking?We allow session swaps up to 1 month before the event, but it’s not guaranteed and depends on availability. Please get in touch as early as possible to request a change. Can I leave and come back in?No. There is no re-entry once you’ve entered the venue. When is last entry?Last entry is 1 hour before the end of each session. Anyone arriving after that will not be admitted. What is a Dream Dram?Dream Drams are rare or premium whiskies available in limited quantities. You’ll get one Dream Dram token with your ticket. Can I buy more Dream Dram tokens?Yes. Additional Dream Dram tokens will be available to purchase on the day. We’ll have clear signage showing where to get them. How much whisky is served?This is a tasting event, not a bar. You’ll be served small tasting measures, not full drams, to help you explore and enjoy responsibly. Is it all-you-can-drink?Your ticket allows you to sample everything on offer, but please pace yourself. Anyone who appears intoxicated will be asked to pause and rehydrate. If someone is deemed too drunk to stay in the venue, they will be asked to leave with no refund. Are there other alcoholic drinks available?No. This is a whisky-only tasting event. There will be no beer, wine, or spirits other than whisky. Will there be food?Yes. There will be a selection of food vendors on site, with vegetarian and vegan options available. Will there be coffee?Yes – we’ll have a coffee van available throughout the day. Is there free water?Yes. Everyone receives a free bottle of water on entry, and there are water stations around the venue for refills. Is the event accessible?Yes. The venue is fully accessible, with accessible toilets available. Is there seating?Yes, there is seating available on a first come, first served basis. Is there a cloakroom?No – please travel light, as there is no cloakroom at the venue. Can I bring my dog?No. Dogs are not allowed, due to the nature of the event. Is the event 18+?Yes – strictly over 18s only. ID will be required on the door. No exceptions.
